The International CPR Institute recognizes that our clients value their right to privacy and want to be assured that any personal information that they provide to us will be used in accordance with their wishes. The International CPR Institute is committed to ensuring that you are fully informed as to how your personal information will be used and that it will be kept secure. WE DO NOT SELL, SHARE OR TRADE YOUR NAME WITH ANYONE. WE COLLECT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS SO THAT WE MAY IDENTIFY YOU AND SEND YOU A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR COURSE. WE WILL SEND YOU EMAIL REMINDERS WHEN YOUR CERTIFICATION IS DUE FOR RENEWAL. An email will be sent approximately 30-days before, 2 weeks before and 24 hours before your certification is about to expire. Those are the only times you will receive an email from us unless you contact us for technical support or for the process of normally conducting business such as tech support or product information.

The International CPR Institute may collect personal information from you relating both to your identity and personal preferences. The International CPR Institute will endeavor only to collect such information as is necessary for the stated purpose for which we are collecting the information. For example, if you purchase a International CPR Institute service, we will require your personal information so that we can send you your login information, obtain payment and mail your wallet card. Campaigns
Periodically, we may contact you by email to advise that there has been a change in our PROMO code. This code will allow you to purchase a Renewal or New course in the future at a discounted rate.
